Our services
Teaching basic yoga and relaxation to people with disability on the NDIS in the Mildura/Sunraysia area. The aim is to teach people to be aware of stress and how to regulate and relax by simple breathing and exercises.

Our Yogi
Sri has many years experience working with people with varying abilities. They have a Bachelor of Teaching, a Graduate Diploma in Special Education & Human Services, and a 200 TTC Yoga Instructor Certificate. They are currently studying a Certificate III in Fitness to better help participants.
