Yoga is for everyone!
Yoga unites the mind, body, and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health and well being. Regular practice improves your breathing and outlook on life. ​
Our services
Teaching basic yoga and relaxation to people with disability on the NDIS in the Mildura/Sunraysia area. The aim is to teach people to be aware of stress and how to regulate and relax by simple breathing and exercises. ​
Our Yogi
Sri has many years experience working with people with varying abilities. They have a Bachelor of Teaching, a Graduate Diploma in Special Education & Human Services, and a 200 TTC Yoga Instructor Certificate. They are currently studying a Certificate III in Fitness to better help participants.​
